Troubles in Application

Im not sure what is happening, but whenever I try to go on the application, it shuts out, crashes, or says: ERROR: INVALID USERNAME. I want this to be fixed for the sake of other people with is problem. The LITE version works just fine, and so I dont see why this isnt as good, if not better, it is probably just a mistake, but if this could get fixed it would be much obliged.
