UGH.... :(

I got this app because there is a deaf kid at my school and there arnt many students that can talk to him, because they dont know how to sign. When i got the free version i knew this was a good way to learn and sign to him. But this app is not loading and its wasteing my time, and i would really like to learn it so i could talk to him.
I need an app that loads!!!!
